Do you accept insurance?

We accept the following insurance providers: Aetna, Cigna, Medicare, and Peak Health.

We also accept self-pay patients. If we are out-of-network with your insurance provider, we can provide you with a superbill that you can submit for reimbursement with your insurance company.

What’s the process after I submit my intake form?

After you submit your intake form, our staff will reach out to you to confirm some submitted information and schedule an appointment. Please call us at (540) 667-1226 with any additional questions.

Would my appointment be virtual or in-person?

We offer both virtual and in-person appointment options. We understand that flexibility is an important factor when it comes to access to care.

What age range do you see?

We accept patients of all ages above 12 years old.
